What you will do
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our technical operations, contributing to both ongoing projects and daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Back Office Tasks:Assist with administrative and organizational duties to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Training at Mechanical/Electronic Inspections:Participate in training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of inspection processes and techniques.
- Support at Improvement Projects:Collaborate with team members on various improvement projects, providing support and innovative ideas.
- Support/Design Maintenance Activities/Plan:Aid in the design and implementation of maintenance schedules and activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Manage Department Data & KPIs:Collect, analyze, and manage data related to departmental performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communication with Machine Vendors and External Partners:Facilitate effective communication with machine vendors and external partners to support project and maintenance activities.
- Creation of OPLs and CIL Tools:Develop One-Point Lessons (OPLs) and Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication (CIL) tools to enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering in a vocational / Technical School.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electronic systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
