Key Responsibilities:
– Lead a small team and provide technical guidance. Collaborate closely with other IT teams to address interrelated issues and undertake projects.
– Manage or actively contribute to IT projects. ensuring they are completed within the defined scope while meeting project deadlines and staying within the allocated budget.
– Manage the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of both on-premise and Cloud-based systems.
– Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization’s IT assets.
– Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
– Analyze and effectively resolve complex technical problems, performing root cause analysis, and implementing proactive measures.
– Optimize IT infrastructure for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
– Propose and execute enhancements to optimize IT efficiency and effectiveness.
