As a Junior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, execution, and performance tracking of brand strategies within the Hair Color category managing multiple brands including the market leader. You will report to the Senior Brand Manager and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling brand initiatives that drive growth, strengthen market share, and connect with consumers in the mass-market channel.

YOUR SKILLS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or shopper marketing (hair care or beauty category is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Creativity and passion for brands, beauty, and consumer engagement.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with market data tools (Nielsen, Kantar).
• Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
