About the role

We are currently seeking an Investor Relations Administrator within our Investor Relations team. As an Investor Relations Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting all IR activities, handling stakeholder inquiries, and ensuring the seamless execution of regulatory filings to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Athex Stock Exchange. Through the preparation of financial materials, and the management of investor events and registries, you will serve as a vital link between the company and the investment community. If you are a detail-oriented professional eager to navigate the complexities of capital markets and contribute to the company’s regulatory integrity and stakeholder transparency, then this role is for you.

What you will do:

• Support all investor relations activities by handling shareholder and debtholder inquiries for financial or regulatory information and ensuring timely, appropriate follow-up.
• Facilitate accurate and timely regulatory filings to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Athex Stock Exchange, while assisting in the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and press materials.
• Execute procedures for corporate actions such as dividends, capital returns, and coupon payments, while maintaining the Shareholder and Debtholder registry and processing inheritance transfers.
• Coordinate the logistics for corporate events including General Assemblies, Investor Days, and Analyst briefings, collaborating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Research and analyze industry trends and peer performance to compile regular reports and assist in updating the company’s Investor Relations website content.

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Mathematics or a quantitative field of study
• Fluency in written and oral Greek and English
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office

And you have competence in:
