We are looking for a Customer Service & Collaboration Coordinator (1 year contract), who will be part of a multinational organization and will work for a strong Customer Service team in Greece. He/she will work closely with Demand Planning and various company’s stakeholders and departments for both channels of Henkel Consumer Brands: Retail & Hair Professional.
Main responsibilities:
• Collaboration with customers – KPIs monitoring & communication
• Active participation & support in projects, to improve customer service and streamline the end to end supply chain
• Customer and pricing master data maintenance
• Order and Invoicing management
• Complaints & claims handling
• Daily communication with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, for efficient order planning
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service
• University Degree (preferably in Business Administration/Finance or related fields)
• Proficient knowledge of both English and Greek.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience in SAP would be acknowledged
• Organizational skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Advanced Teamwork and cooperation skills
