Role Overview
At Ergon Tzanidakis, we’re looking for an After Sales Service Assistant, reporting to the After Sales Manager, based in Aigaleo Attikis, to support the daily operations of our Service department. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service support. You will be at the heart of our service coordination, ensuring smooth communication with clients, accurate data handling, and timely support to our technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls to the Service Department.
- Register all customer service requests in the ERP system and ensure proper follow-up.
- Prepare and send service quotations to clients.
- Place service orders in the ERP and monitor progress through to completion.
- Monitor upcoming service events via system alerts, communicate with clients to schedule them and produce reports for the management.
- Record technician activities for tracking and improvement purposes.
- Input job cards for the technical team. Input job cards for technicians and record their service activities to facilitate tracking and improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Academic qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or in customer service in a related sector (automotive, industrial goods, general construction)
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is appreciated
- Completed military service (if applicable).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player with a proactive attitude.
