Administrative Assistant

DEMO SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide overall administrative support. This position is based in Athens (Kryoneri).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact among employees at all levels, providers and other external partners
  • File and consolidate information for internal and/or external communication – emails, presentations, meeting minutes
  • Create and deliver reports by consolidating and analyzing data
  • Follow-up variable aspects of project goals and ensure timely project execution
  • Perform administrative assistant duties;
  • Manage calendars and set up meetings in a timely and accurate manner
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence mail
  • Prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Life Sciences
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, power user of excel. SAP work experience will be considered as an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Accountability and attention to detail
  • Discretion and confidentiality
