Συνοπτική περιγραφή καθηκόντων θέσης: Are you a student in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and modern corporate environment? The Accounting Department of Public Group is opening a new internship position to support one of its key functional teams! 🔍 What you’ll gain: As an intern, you will join one of the following accounting teams, based on business needs and your own interests: • Treasury & Credit Control: Get exposed to processes related to electronic payments, bank transactions, loans, and credit risk monitoring. • Stores Accounting: Learn how we manage financial procedures for store operations, including reconciliations, closings, and inventory audits. • Cost Accounting: Assist in managing invoices, expenses, and cost tracking, gaining insight into day-to-day business cost management. You’ll have the opportunity to: • Assist in recording and processing invoices • Help with account reconciliations and data entry into ERP systems • Support communication with vendors, banks, and internal departments • Gain exposure to financial reports and internal controls • Collaborate with different accounting teams and get a full view of the department’s operations ✅ What we’re looking for: • Ongoing studies in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP or other ERP tools is a plus • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn • Good communication skills in Greek and English • A collaborative mindset and strong work ethic What you’ll gain: • A complete overview of accounting processes in a leading Greek retail & tech group • Real experience in a structured corporate environment • A supportive team and the chance to participate in real projects
