Role Overview
At Unitrack S.A., we’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist, reporting to the Sales Manager, based in Aspropyrgos, to manage proposal preparation while ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. The role provides essential support to the sales team by contributing to tenders’ preparation, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth communication between departments. This is a unique opportunity for a Sales Support professional who wants to grow with us, contribute and make a real impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical and financial proposals for earthmoving machinery for construction, road building, recycling, demolition etc.
- Support the Sales team with machinery presentation and handover; send informational material to clients as requested.
- Maintain sales records (physical/digital), update the JCB database and produce relevant reports for the Sales team.
- Generate reports and maintain statistics via CRM/ERP system to update the Sales department
- Handle bid bonds (return, renewal) in collaboration with the Finance and Legal departments.
- Receive, document and communicate customer queries and complaints to the Sales department.
- Contribute to tenders’ preparation and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Academic qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
- Completed military service (if applicable).
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong writing skills to create clear, concise and flawless technical and financial documents.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
