We are currently seeking a Junior Imports/Exports Assistant on behalf of our client, a prestigious company of premium alcoholic beverages and high-quality food products.
The ideal candidate, will support the company’s operations by managing imports and exports, ensuring smooth logistics, and contributing to the growth in the market presence.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage orders from both international and domestic suppliers
- Collaborate with transport companies to secure the best transportation solutions
- Close import files and hand them over to the accounting department for cost analysis
- Monitor stock levels in third-party warehouses
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in Greek & English; good use of French would be considered an asset
- Good experience of MS Office, especially Word & Excel
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a professional attitude
- Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow, skilled in negotiation and multitasking
- Ability to understand urgency and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility
