Role Overview:

We’re seeking an ambitious Junior Business Development Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the fundamentals of business development, contribute to the rapid growth of the company, and build your career in a supportive environment.

You will be assisting the Business Development team in market research, deal origination and client relationships management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities
  • Support outreach efforts to schedule meetings and presentations
  • Monitor and maintain the CRM database with relevant clients and prospects information
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences & exhibitions to generate new leads
  • Assist in preparing and delivering pitches, proposals, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and initiatives
  • Stay informed about M&A trends to support business development strategies

 

Main Requirements:

  • Graduate or Senior Student in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field
  • Fluency in English (oral & written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Proactive, with eagerness to learn and able to work both independently and as part of a team
