Your mission is to provide on-site technical service and support in case of problems/malfunctions and proactively with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.
Responsibilities
👉Diagnose and troubleshoot allocated problems
👉Provide on-site technical support
👉Pick and receive spare parts that are required for the resolution of the problem, in close collaboration with the Help Desk Engineers and the warehouse
👉Responsible for the return of the spare parts/materials, that were not used or are out of order, to the warehouse
👉Check the spare parts to be used in the resolution of the problem
👉Maintain and check that the vehicles are in good condition
👉Collaborate with teams for other company projects
👉Inform back office
👉Build trust with clients, communicate special requirements, and inform the team regarding any variances in terms of contract
Prerequisites
👉University/College student in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field
👉Good knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
👉Driving license Α’/Β’ category
