Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field.
- Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
- Experience in user and application support in Windows environments.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructures.
- Preferred qualifications, such as CCNA, PowerShell
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies.
- Good command of the English language.
- Valid category B driver’s license.
- Proactive learner with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong team player with effective communication abilities and a calm, approachable demeanor.
- Adaptable and respectful of company policies and procedures.
